The parish owns four allotment sites. One in Icklesham, one in Rye Harbour and two in Winchelsea. Some sites run an allotment holders association. Plots are generally either 5 or 10 rods in size, although there are some exceptions. Tenancy agreements are issued to plot holders and rent is charged yearly in October. Plots are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and if sites are fully let, we do maintain waiting lists.
